Bank transfers

Your bank could charge a fee for international bank transfer.

The cheapest method for clients of the European Union is the SEPA transfer whose fee is approx. 2,30 EUR. The charge depends on the Bank from which the payment is made. We recommend using SEPA in the case of orders that do not require urgent processing. (the SEPA transfer between banks could take from 2 to 5 days).

Before making the payment via a bank transfer, the client is obliged to validate the bank account number corresponding to the appropriate settlement currency. Sentiell shall not be responsible for the currency conversion resulting from choosing the wrong bank account corresponding to a specific settlement currency. The costs of currency conversion shall be covered by the client, and they are not included in the value of the order.
