Will I receive a CSV or XML file with my order data?
Unfortunately not. Our system only generates PDF files, which you can convert into a format that suits your needs.
Write "CSV" in the order notes, and we’ll generate a PDF file for you to download.
What information does the order PDF file contain?
The file contains: product name, product code, product ID, size, unit of measure, quantity, net price, gross price, and a CODE128 barcode containing the product ID and size ID.
Will I receive a quality and safety certificate for the products in my order?
Yes, just write "Certificate" in the order notes, and we’ll generate a PDF file for you to download.
Is the certificate issued for each product individually or for the entire order?
The certificate is issued for the entire order. We do not issue certificates for individual products.
In which languages is the certificate available?
Currently, the certificate is available in English. We're working on a Czech version.
Will I receive a product weight specification along with the invoice?
Yes, just write "Specification" in the order notes, and we’ll generate a PDF file for you to download.

Can I get the specification in an editable format (e.g. Excel)?

How can I download the certificate, specification, or other documents for my order?
All documents are available for download once the order has been shipped.
Go to "Your account" "Orders" section [Completed]. Select an order and scroll to the bottom of the page. In the "Documents to Download" section, click on the selected document.
